If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been unfortunately a patient here for 3 years now. I cannot get established with a doctor because every year they change my doctor. I requested that I be seen not by a student so my doctor won't change every year and I was told that wasn't an option. Every year I had to fight with my doctor not to change my med regimen that has worked for me for many years. Yeah I put in my paperwork like 9 months ago and still haven't even heard back. So much for helping people when they need help.
During your first visit they make you sign an agreement about the consequences of being late/miss your appointment, it goes from paying a fine to being banned from been seeing at this hospital. But it does not stop them for making the pacientes wait forever in the waiting room, today I waited 75 minutes from the time I signed in to the time the doctor finally called me in. Unbelievable disrespect
Doesn't seem like they are accepting new patients. Sent in paperwork a few months ago but haven't heard anything. I was told to wait and that no update or estimate can be given as to who is available or when an appointment may be available.
