I thought this place had a career opportunity, I was wrong. Just another dead end job making revenue off the employees talents. No raises, No Bonuses, No incentive... retaliated against and fired when asking why? Greed is pockets deep in this small privately owned company employees come and go as they please, Business structure needs an overhaul from what I could see. Just talented employees getting the job done for a poverty level paycheck!!
