Today would have been my second visit in a year. Needed prescriptions renewed. One I take can't just be stopped suddenly. Made an appointment with 10 day wait, office called night before and canceled. Called next business day to reschedule. Waited another 4 days for appt. Signed in at appt time, was told I was "not in the system." Very rude, no apologies, snotty attitude, did not get prescription refilled. TERRIBLE patient service!
First time and will be last time there. I have chronic high blood pressure and they would not refill prescription That the ER gave me because my blood pressure looked good that day. Paid the amount in full for visit and now being billed for more money.
