They are so unorganized and lack good customer service. I went in December to get a vaccine for my daughter and paid in full for the service and office visit. I asked for a receipt and they said their printer was not working. They could not email me anything either so they basically took a paper and wrote the charges on it. Mind you this took more than 15 mins not counting the long wait to get the vaccine administered even though we had an appointment which has to be rescheduled a couple of times.
