When I say the care has been taken out of health care here, it's an understatement. I made an appointment over a month ago as a new patient to see Dr. Speaks. I show up for my long awaited appointment for the reception to tell me the doctor had an emergency and would have to reschedule my appointment. They had apparently taken my number down wrong when I called to schedule initially. I saw Dr. Speaks for a standard wellness visit in December 2021. Her office billed my insurance company already for the visit and is attempting to bill me as well for that same visit. I have emailed and called multiple times asking why I would be double-billed. As of May 2022, I have not received a single response from her office.

Horrible Phone I called to inquire about making an appointment and the receptionist did not want to make an appointment because she assumed I needed a referral which I did not. You just loss a potential customer because of a lazy receptionist all she had to do was call and the insurance would of confirmed my statement.

I only transferred to this office from Las colinas bc of convenience to my home. Big mistake. I have a medication I have taken for 20+ years every day and that needs to be taken in the morning or I get a massive migraine headache. I always call my medication in a wk before I run out, incase I need refills. I called it in as usual, and then yesterday (6 days later) I go to pick it up and they said my dr DENIED my refill!?!?!
