Phones were answered right away. I waited less than 5 minutes for the Dr. All staff was very helpful and polite.
Same as others experience. I've been trying to locate a gyno in FW but having a bit of trouble there. Covid I think left more of a mark than health problems!
Tried messaging in portal, no response, tried calling , operator not available. Received letter about them transitioning to Methodist health group clinic but have an appointment before the change . Need general questions answered but they are simply not taking calls weeks before the change!!! Even though my questions are related to my scheduled appointment!
After Dr. Jeffers retired, I booked an appointment with Dr. Lopez at 1:30. I sat for an hour in the exam room in a gown because she was running behind. I decided to dress and leave since the Dr. came in and told me she was rushing as fast as she could but she needed to put in an I U D before she saw me. The nurse asked me to let the the PA, Ms. Smith do this exam. Big mistake. This was the worst exam I have ever had. She was so rough that I was injured and actually bled after. Returning patient. Giving this place a 3 star only because as soon as I came in I went directly to the Hispanic receptionist and she didn’t seem to want to help me so the receptionist next to her was kind enough to help me check in. As I was walking towards the person who offered to assist the one who didn’t bother to help me whispered under her breath “whatever”.
