The absolute worst office staff I have ever seen. I’m sure the doctors are fine, but they have an office manager that is rude and unprofessional , her name is Lisa Herman. I am sad that I lost my cool while in the office, and I’m sorry for that, however, I have never had someone put a hand in face and say stop talking. As a professional she should be able to keep her calm and try and descalate the situation. We waited a week for an insurance referral, the only reason we went to see the Doctor.
