I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Medical Clinic Inc. I was to be seen by Dr. Philip Kuo Sr. for my asthma. I have been an asthmatic my entire life and know very well how these appointments go. I was a new patient so I completed record release forms so that he could requests my records.
