Note bébé est suivi à cette clinique depuis sa naissance par Dr. Dr. Wassim Yassine, un pédiatre exceptionnel, à l’écoute, professionnel et bienveillant. Il prend le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions et de nous expliquer les choses clairement, ce qui est très rassurant comme parent. Nous nous sommes toujours sentis pris au sérieux et notre fille reçoit d’excellents soins. Un immense merci pour votre dévouement et votre compassion. Je le recommande sans hésitation !

Our kids have been going to this clinic for years now to visit DR. Da Costa. He is a great doctor and truly cares about his patients. I give him 5 stars. The 2 stars is for the fact that consistently, we are waiting excessively long to be seen. 70-80% of the time we've waited over an hour and 10 mins and most recently I had to leave due to other appointments. It's unfortunate that logistical problems like this cause such a degradation in experience when the core value (Doctor) is so great. Public system failed.

I called at 8:00 AM and was able to speak to someone at 8:08. My child has had a fever for 5–6 days, so this is very stressful as a parent. I was refused an appointment with my child’s doctor, and I was told that no other doctors had any availability either. The receptionist’s tone was also rude and lacked empathy, which was very difficult to deal with in this situation. When working in a clinic, especially with sick children, basic kindness and understanding are essential.
