If I could give 100 stars I would! We saw Dr Samaan who is the allergist at the clinic. She exceed our expectations. She was very thorough, patient and responded to every single questions. Also we didn't wait at all. We were called upon our arrival. I'm glad we went to this clinic although we are 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
I am leaving a one-star review strictly due to the clinic's administrative failures, even though the doctors themselves are excellent. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with the clinic because no one answers the phone; they desperately need a dedicated receptionist or an online booking system. Additionally, I strongly advise against paying for private tests through their CDL laboratory partnership. I paid out of pocket for a private test that was promised within 24 hours. J'adore cette clinique. Les gens sont tellement compréhensif et aidant. Chapeau à l'infirmière carmen, une perle. Elle est d'une aide et d'une écoute formidable et que dire du docteur boucher, une excellente médecin et soucieuse de ses patients!
