Refuse to treat my mother hand said it was her nerves now she going to be operated on for carprell tunnel.
Dr. Patel is a caring physician. He listens to our medical concerns. He made us feel welcomed as new patients. We feel informed, regarding our medical concerns and treatment plans. We were given follow-up appointments for our next visit. My family and I are very pleased with the level of service provided to us! The doctor and staff here are awesome! We would recommend Dr. Patel to other people!
If i could give zero stars I would. Worst doctor and staff I have ever encountered. Staff is rude and seriously lacking any medical knowledge. Doctor is more concerned about his star rating than actually providing quality service. Already called insurance to switch PCPs.
Office manager is rude and talks to people like they are stupid I saw her yell “sit” to an elderly man do not recommend.
