Beyond incompetent.. the only person I like out of this place is Megan.. everyone else especially her nurse practitioner are completely incompetent and should be fired hands down.. the American medical system is in the toilet and these kind of people are the exact reason why
Katrina Hirsig belittled me, blamed me, and flip-flopped her explanations and reasoning regarding my care. Fired her as my provider immediately. Avoid this office at all costs!
Everyone was so so kind from the front desk, to the technicians, and NP Hirsig. It was my first visit with a doctor as an adult and I was so nervous. Everyone made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me one step at a time. NP Hirsig was nothing but kind and really put me at ease with all of my worries. I would highly recommend seeing her. Thank you Bayview staff for the wonderful first experience I am happy to come back :)
Katrina Hirsig belittled me, blamed me, and flip-flopped her explanations and reasoning regarding my care. She said labs a specialist ordered for me "tell us nothing," despite my specialist recognizing a connection between symptoms, family history, and labs, and suggesting follow up. She did not return phone calls for over 10 days and instead made notes in my chart that I "refused care" when in fact she did not offer me care. I rarely leave critical reviews but the NP Katrina Hirsig was so unprofessional, rude and unhelpful that I would hate for any other person to have such a horrible medical experience as I did. I have been dealing with chronic pain in my back, neck, and shoulders that would not go away for months. I have a well documented history of stress-related burn out and chronic fatigue from this.
