Very bad doctor clinic definitely not worth wasting time here they make you wait 2-4 hours everytime i come here
hi everyone i request to everyone dont visit this clinic they totally unprofessional staff in this clinic even doctors are too slow and the receptionist are so bad they dont even know how to talk with client and they behave so rude . we book mutiple time of appoitnment and always we sit here 3-4 hours . doctors work like caterpillars. better not to book appointments if you guys cant take care of it . 0 start
This clinic don’t value the time of patient. Literally every time i book an appointment and still waiting 3 hours in the clinic to see the doctor. Very unprofessional. They should make it clear that we don’t book an appointment its first come first serve.
Such a unprofessional receptionist she booked appointment for 2:30 pm i waited till 4 pm when i mentioned i have work at 4 she said you didn't tell me that i have work at 4, i wanna ask you why did you book appointment why can't you simply mention that first comes first serve so that patient can make their schedule accordingly. Rather than lying to patients. Receptionist take no responsibility of their lies just sit on chair nd use their phones. Have some genuine courtesy and common sense.
Ok so I contacted the clinic to see if they were accepting clients as it was located pretty close to where I stay and I had no family physician and the receptionist goes, No! I was waiting to see they would say, we might be at so so so point of you can register and stay on the waitlist or just a little bit of niceness and closure as to why they wouldn’t accept new patients forever , but nothing .
