A LOT has changed over the years. Been an ongoing patient for 8 years, a time before covid, when the clinic offered walk-ins, and I grandfathered into a family doctor. Nothing to complain about. -Updated Oct. 2025
I'm surprised by the bad reviews! Many times, I've missed my phone appointment call. My Dr. continues to call throughout the day until we make contact. He and the receptionists are professionals, understanding and thoughtful.
Since they moved to the new location on Edmonds street, a lot has been improved. There are more MOAs working now so my calls always get answered right away and appointments/ correspondence with specialists made quickly and efficiently which I appreciate. I personally find Dr. Eddie Wong friendly and professional. My family and I have been seeing him for the past 15+ years and we are as happy as we can be with a family physician. Even though I wasn't accepted as a new patient, my few interactions with the receptionists were all positive, they were polite and professional
you call, they answer and say 'hello' and hang up.
