I had a minor outpatient surgery w Dr Dodder yesterday (Monday) am. He’s my foot and ankle Doc, so of course he’s an Angel. Always super patient, very knowledgeable, thorough, confidant with the greatest beside manner. As soon as we entered the facility, everyone at the front desk was sweet, attentive and had positive attitudes. Melissa called me back, for pre-op business. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My toddler had surgery at 545 AM and every single person in the office was fantastic. Literally EVERY SINGLE PERSON!
My daughter(15mo) got tubes yesterday and the staff from the front to the back were so helpful and kind. I had a lot of anxiety but the environment they have there really extinguished it. I couldn’t have asked for a better, thoughtful group of people to care for her. I appreciate everyone there so much🫶🏼🥹
Well, as far as surgery centers go, this is one of the best I've seen. Very clean. Friendly staff. Before I knew it, I was in recovery.
