I was here at Medical City Surgery Center Frisco for a routine procedure. Everyone was very kind, caring and efficient. They had me rolling in for my procedure a few minutes ahead of schedule. The facility was immaculate.
I can’t imagine more kind, accommodating people, from the moment we arrived at the surgery center. Professional, helpful, patient, comforting. My son and we (his parents), were very pleased with everyone there.
Everyone at the facility was beyond great! They explained everything so well they helped with everything that needed to be done and did it with a smile on their face. Great bedside manner.
