It is a really nice setup inside, and its clean. I thought the Drs, NPs werent as helpful and didnt want to talk with the family about treatment and were making decisions without family input, and if I wasnt involved I dont know what they would have done and they barely listened to me, but it seemed to be better than other facilities in DFW as far as not experimenting with multiple meds back to back at least. I gave a 4 star because it started out a little rough. After several upset conversations finally the team got together and changed my daughter medication for psychosis. Once they seem to be on the right track, even though there had been some confusion, Medical City Mental Health Alliance was the only facility that was able to stabilize my daughter's condition. She had been to 4 other facilities and an inpatient from 10.28.25 to 12.20.25 who did nothing but repeat the same medications that were not working and never increased... read more

I think this is a really good facility. The staff is great with the exception of whoever checks the patients in when they enter the facility. This is the second time someone has “misplaced” my daughter’s belongings. The first time her True Religion jeans were misplaced but only the jeans. This time 2 phones misplaced out of her property and best believe no one was adamant about finding them. If it wasn’t for sticky fingers this place would definitely hold.a 5 star merit.

Stayed at this wonderful facility for 7 days due to major depression. This was my first stay at a mental health facility and it was a pleasant experience. The entire team (Docs, nurses, social workers, techs, food service) were amazing. I especially loved Shannon, Sylvie, Julie, Gloria, and Kelly. They helped me get through a time where I was severely at my lowest. The medication regiment that i got switched to worked wonders for me. I feel like i got my hapiness back.
