I came here from JPS hospital after experiencing serotonin syndrome. One of the providers here tried to prescribe me an SSRI. I was given Trazodone for sleep on my first night here, which caused me to experience really bad symptoms of serotonin syndrome. The care here was terrible, They all ask the same basic questions and rush you without getting to know you personally. My FMLA And paperwork wasn’t sent in by Martin. Nicoletta chose to up my meds cuz I wouldn’t look at her. She’s very condescending. No one communicates with each other, groups do not happen when they are supposed to. This is the poorest mental facility I have ever been to. Dominick - nurse on unit 2 refused to transfer me to a female nurse. First of all I couldn’t understand him, second of all he was rude. Would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
I am sharing this for my husband Ricky, who was a patient here for about 5 days. He mentioned both Ivan and Cory being very supportive of his needs. They really took good care of him during his stay. They were always available to him when he needed something or just simply had questions. The food was delicious and the place was well kept and clean. I want to give Crystal a personal thank you! SPIDERS EVERYWHERE!!! AND THEY WERE RUDE LOST MY HOME MEDS ND ALL THEY SEVER WAS CHICKEN TO THE POINT IT GOT OLD. DRS WERE CHILL STAFF ACTED LIKE THEY DIDN'T WANNABE THERE.
This place helped me so much. I was scared coming here but everyone is so nice, the food is good, and they make you feel very comfortable.Dr siddique is also amazing! Kourtney is amazing! Chantel is amazing! Thank you so much.
