From the beginning the nursing staff was horrible. My family has been there for 7 days so far and on 2 different floors. Just kept giving IV pain meds to keep him “floored” to just sleep. First floor no communication whatsoever and when you asked questions about the plan of care you were told “ I don’t know”. Was in for ERCP. Ended up with pancreatitis after the stent placed. RecommendedI just had a baby 9/26/2020 My labor experience was amazing I ended up going in Friday morning around 1:00am but had to be admitted because of high blood pressure but when I was delivering if it wasn’t for my nurse Kristina I wouldn’t have delivered with anyone in the room my ob didn’t get there till the last minute but that doesn’t matter. I just wanna thank you to Kristina for helping me and not letting me give up as much as I wanted to
My friend had a gastric sleeve operation. yesterday. I have been with her from the beginning to the end and I can brag ALL day about the forth floor nursing staff. Day and night shifts have been nothing short of Amazing. Everyone is so KIND, CONCERNED, and always checking on her and myself making sure we where comfortable. I have had several bad experiences in hospitals and this team has rekindle my interest in the nursing profession so much that I will be starting my journey Winter 2020. Isn't that CRAZY!!! yes they are the best I had both of my babies there, the nurses are great my baby boy was in the nicu for 2 days and it was scary but I got to go see him.
Went there for a spider bite in early November 2019. Was never seen or treated by a physician, actually fell asleep in a room waiting for one to come treat me. Ended up just walking out after being there for almost 2 hours. And they sent me a bill for $870.00 I disputed the bill and refused to pay it, so they turned it over to collections. Talking with my attorney now about suing them for fraudulent charges, and fraud. Greedy people here who could careless about people they swore an oath to protect and treat.

Had my little one on 6/15/2020 at Medical City of Lewisville via c-section. I have to say I’ve delivered all 3 of my kids at this hospital, with my first delivery in 2007. With each delivery, this one was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! First of all Certified Midwife RN, Heather Caudell was absolutely amazing! Heather was in the operating room the whole time during my c-section and very hands on. She is very supportive, understanding and checked on me every morning, during my stay. Had my baby just earlier this week and the staff and care here is exceptional! So very accommodating and even with a pandemic going on, still gave us the full care we needed!
Amazing experience when I delivered my 2nd baby. I didn't meet a nurse that wasn't great!!
Horrible ER experience every time I’ve gone since 2016. When my dad was a patient there he wasn’t treated well either. I do not recommend it
