From the beginning the nursing staff was horrible. My family has been there for 7 days so far and on 2 different floors. Just kept giving IV pain meds to keep him “floored” to just sleep. First floor no communication whatsoever and when you asked questions about the plan of care you were told “ I don’t know”. Was in for ERCP. Ended up with pancreatitis after the stent placed.
