3 weeks calling, texting and emailing for release of my medical records. Assured several times the records were faxed, sent or in process. To date, the records have not been received. Worked with “Office Mgr”, who even gave a cell number! So frustrating! New doctor will not make an appointment without the records. Suggestions who to contact to help this office in release of records?!
