Called a week prior to set up an appointment as a new patient. Day of the appointment comes and I called to confirm where the appointment would be as I don't know the area. Person who answered said there was no appointment for new patients and my name nor my date of birth were on schedule. I record all calls I make and have a recording of the time I set up the appointment. Avoid this practice and go elsewhere, chances are you won't even get in the door.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WITH MED AND OFFICE STAFF. IST MY PA ALICIA WAS COMPETANT.2ND TIME THERE A NURSE INR=TERVIEWED ME 15 MINUTES BEFOR SHE REALIZED I WAS NOT THE 23 YR OLD PATIENT.HAD BLOOD TESTS DONE BY OUTSIDE FACILITY BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THERE PORTAL TO OBTAIN RESULTS.CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ASKING HOW I COULD OBTAIN RESULTS BY MAIL OR FROM MED STAFF.AFTER 3 WEEKS ,NO REPLY .CALLED AGAIN AND AS TOLD BY THERE OFFICE STAFF I WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY WERE NOT GOING TO ASSIST ME??? I called to make an appointment today. No need to mention, I called them last week and they told me my new insurance is not in their network, however my insurance said they are. Palma, picked up the phone. Any question I asked, she answered it in a very rude and short tempered way and at the end when I asked her why she is talking to me this way, she said because I asked too many questions. Front office staff are terrible. After almost 20 years of visiting this practice I decided to quit going here after RUDE office staff gave me grief before I even walked in the door. Despite the fact masks are no longer required, these clowns demand you not only wear a mask but wait out in the MAIN HALL/ BUILDING LOBBY for your appointment, AND give them your credit card number over the phone while waiting in such venue. Saw the PA, R Patel and had the best experience. She listened to my concerns and was very thorough with getting my medical history to get the correct testing done for me. I haven’t felt so safe and cared for at a dr’s office in years. I’m happy to say I have found my new PCP. Thanks for helping me out and getting me back on the right track!
