I have great insurance. Children have been seen there before. Daughter hurt her ankle on 1/16/19. Was seen there. We received bill because it wasn’t covered. Insurance told me the Doc, Anne Ngobia, was no longer covered under BCBS Federal ad of 12/1/18. Even though the facility is in network...it’s how they bill. The insurance was even nice enough to say that I could see if they would bill under the facility. I call back to the clinic and was asked to call another “location” that handles billing. Always have great experience here. Staffs are great. Would highly recommend anyone here. Remember to register online first to avoid any long wait.
Worst service ever. They see patients out of order. I waited over 45 minutes to be seen and the doctor was nowhere in sight so I left. First visit my son was diagnosed with pneumonia and a ruptured ear drum and when we took him to the ER because the meds weren’t working he didn’t have either of those. He has RSV which medical city tested for by said was negative. They also took inadequate throat swabs which made the results come back negative when my son had strep. Easy online wait. I feared a lobby of sick kids, but it was clean and only one other waiting. Desk staff, nurse, and doctor were all very polite and helpful. No fun to have a sick kid over the holidays and away from home, but they made it a little easier. No complaints.
The Doctor was very knowledgeable, calm, and gentle.
