Disgusting so called “care” from this facility. They’d rather make your mental health worse than admit you are mentally stable and discharge you after the initial evaluation. This place tries to traumatize you on purpose.

Terrible place please don’t send anyone here. If I stayed any longer in this place I would’ve gone crazy. The day staff are so rude and I’m saying this as someone who doesn’t get in trouble by staff. The day staff come in and immediately have an attitude with patients. Like hello this is your job quit if you’re gonna mistreat patients who are there because they are struggling. Treatment was horrible here a couple of the nurses are extremely unprofessional and rude . Mocked patients and made them cry . Who hires these folks . I received care here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there . I’ve seen first hand patients being bullied by the nurses .

I was institutionalized here for 11 days in July of 2025. Yes, I was a “voluntary self-admit.” In order for you to be admitted, you have to check a box - mine was “suicidal ideation.” But trust me, they WILL find a box to check. They will pry it out of you. You’re not a person who needs help, you are their next paycheck. Yes, some of the nurses and techs acted with humanity as much as they could.
