Zero, negative stars if possible. This is the first inpatient ward that has ever discharged me in a more actively suicidal state than I was upon admission, and with no actionable follow up plan. What an absolute bang up job, your whole unit should be reported to the State for such poor treatment.

excellent group of professional staffs and nurses and doctors. Had a great experience there was only the shift change made me uncomfortable but everything was good. Thank you for your good-hearted work, Bridget Smith!

I went in suicidal and homicidal last week on Monday and was released Monday of this week. They tweaked my medication. I am doing fine. Faculty numbers were representative for the number of patients. One on one was present as well. If people complain about not enough staff then go in with a need for someone to be assigned. If not that bad stop complaining. They accommodate as needed.

I was admitted for alcohol detox and the first night I was there I didn’t receive any medication or medication or not once was I even checked on to make sure I was ok, I could of had a seizure and they wouldn’t even of know it the lack of empathy for addiction is unheard of in today’s Day in age . The worst facility I have ever been to by far and doctor antitube or whatever his Nigerian name was, was the rudest most disrespectful doctor I had ever met in my life. DO NOT ATTEND THIS LOCATION!!! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place is extremely unprofessional and is no place for individuals struggling with their mental health. I have called the facility 4 separate times to get through to a family member and have been told every time to call back in 30 minutes. The people working the front desk are dismissive and rude. They have zero regard or empathy for the families of the patients.
