Excellent set up from staff greeting, registration and pre prep. Then onward to prep under guidelines of Dr RN Beth...She controlled my status until I was wheeled into surgery...then Dr Eades and team took over. Two hours later he showed me the results needed from three stints, thank you, Then 4 hours of post op controlled by Dr RN Beth...She controlled the entire discharge like a pro, many thanks to y'all.
Overall, the quality of care my mother received was well below what we expected. We entrusted your hospital with her health and well-being, and unfortunately, that trust was not met with the level of professionalism, compassion, and attention that every patient deserves. The most concerning issue was the lack of communication. We frequently found ourselves searching for answers about her condition, treatment plan, and what to expect next. I just had my baby at MCM. Best experience I’ve had care-wise, from check-in at Labor & Delivery to discharge. The staff overall is compassionate, understanding, great bedside manner, nurses are calm, kind, professional while still being personable, just overall beyond pleased with the level of care received. Even the administrative team upon check-in was relatable and empathetic. Labor and delivery team was phenomenal!
