I would give zero stars if I could. Medical City McKinney completely failed us when my wife needed urgent care. She had a severe allergic reaction, and I took her to this hospital not once, but twice. Both times the doctors and staff dismissed her condition, told us “nothing is wrong,” and sent us home. No proper tests, no urgency, no compassion. They made us feel like we were wasting their time instead of being patients in need. Meanwhile, my wife’s condition was getting worse by the hour. Came to the ER at night with just feeling sick symptoms and couldn't walk to to severe neuropathy. Found out, it wasn't something simple. It was Danger high blood potassium, 7.5 ish, which is walking cardiac arrest! Well I was admitted, again .. ER did their usual amazing job. Haven't seen a nurse in over an hour pressed the call button 15mins ago still no one has came in The room but yet this is the emergency room shitty service
Everyone was so nice and made me fill completely comfortable. I was nervous at first, but the whole team was awesome ! Dr. Sanja Nayyar was very kind, he came in and introduced himself and explained everything to me before and after. If you want to be around a friendly atmosphere this would be the place. I’m thankful that I went to medical city surgery Center. I will return. Thanks!! to everyone Who was involved in my care.
