Recover a surgery bill for ****** and original payment got lost. Sent new payment I on 11/2/23 and cashed from account. Got notice from debt collection that not paid. Sent them copy a bank statement and was told not good enough. Think I sm being scammed

No rating.. I have been labeled to Angel hospital because of my past drug use and it's ******** because I have some serious things going on and no one there is taking me seriously. I have no insurance so I can't just go see a physician.. and honestly I feel like it's a matter of life and death right now. I'm scared..

hi. Yes, please do not ever go to Riverside community to stop. Do not know how to take care of 5150 patients. They dont know how to be carrying about their property. They dont know how to work with the clients so this hospital is not a good hospital.

I arrived at this hospital 6:10pm on 6/9/2024. It took two days to be fully admitted into the hospital the wait times were ridiculous. My main issue is with DR. James A. I was dealing with fluid in my lungs and THIS DR told me if it weren’t for a cardiac issue he would send me home on antibiotics. I waited a full day and half a day to have the cardiac issue addressed. I stressed to nursing staff and as well to him the urgency to return home to my children, and I would not like to be kept for a simple exam. I could have been ... read more

I arrived at the hospital (Franklin ********* at approximately 9:15p after having my client transferred from her home via ambulance at approximately 7:45p The receptionist at ER was extremely RUDE and told me that they had no one there by that name WHAT? I called EMS Dispatch to confirm that was where they brought her. They confirmed that my client was left at hospital at 8:04p the RUDE Receptionist continued to argue with me that she was not here.. My son was in the ** all day with severe pancreatitis they admitted him but moved him to the so called ** on the 2nd floor. He would desperately love to sleep but you cant because we have to listen to all the loud laughter and talking , seeing how we are right across from the nurses station ???????????????. Its going to be a long miserable night with no rest for him. God, please give *************** a DECENT hospital..PLEASE!! P.S. The only I gave one star wasnt by choice but I had to get this review out to people so they know not to make a mistake in going here. Do not I repeat do not go to this hospital if you are black and you value your life. Im in the medical field and I have never seen such horrible nurses, doctors and residents that do not value human life. Its only for profit and if your love one dies in their hands they dont even give you 24 hours to grieve before they call you to have them removed from their morgue. Does not wear gloves while giving shots. Does not discharge you with any information. I left with blood down my arm and no discharge papers. The lady who gave me a shot walked away without saying anything after my shot no bandaid or a wipe. She had personal items all over her desk like food and she acted as if her job was a bother to her. Her name was *******. The doctor told me what he was going to do yet it wasnt on file. They do not use gloves at this hospital be aware.

This hospital will Shake you down for services that they agree to in Cash. I was referred by my physician to Medical City McKinney for a Coronary Calcium Score. I was told it would be $110 flat fee cash price by both my doctor and at the hospital when I went to get the test. Got the test done and two weeks later I get a text from ***** ********* associates wanting $387 for their reading of the test. So I had to give them my insurance then. Do not do this test at this location. They will shake you down for all that you have. ... read more
