Unfortunately, I have never had a positive experience during any of my admissions at Fawcett Memorial Hospital. Due to a chronic medical condition, I have been hospitalized multiple times, and each visit has been marked by deeply concerning treatment and a disregard for standard patient care protocols. Terrible Experience with my 70 yr old Mother who had hip surgery! The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! STAY WAY FROM MISSION HOSPITAL! Go ANYWHERE ELSE! They lie, underpromise, made my Mother wait for 45 mins in soiled undergarments after we told them for 2 hours that she needed to go #2! STAY AWAY FROM MISSION HOSPITAL! Staff will talk to you in an inappropriate manner, very n**** attitude, gossip, judgmental, and will throw everyone under the bus who they don't like. So you basically will be disgraced or liked only if you play their game and do what they tell you to do. As a staff, you can't be liked by patients or families because they will look to put you in trouble. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO MISSION!!!!!I went into the ** hemorrhaging due to a complication from a hysterectomy. They stated they would not perform surgery since the hysterectomy was performed at a another local hospital (******) and sent me home with cream that was supposed to clot blood. Dr ******* on my floor K elevator room 201. this ** is an absolute piece of work constant power trip. Had the nerve to tower over me and threaten me with medical treatments I never asked for then threatened to have a cop handcuff me to the bed until they could get me to another location. They have the most unprofessional staff. I had a passive aggressive nurse from the second floor who had her and all her friends treat me so unprofessional. And almost inhumane . I would say medical malpractice. Deleted all my medications away , Let IV tubing fill up with blood. On 11/24/22 I went to the Emergency Room for an unknown ailment. While there with my fiancé plus the two attendants treating me a tv monitor was rolled up beside my gurney. A live representative came on and explained to me that if I paid $200 before my discharge that there would be no other charges incurred. The $200 was paid!
