TERRIBLE experience with Dr Andrew McBride. I was referred to Dr Andrew McBride and emailed his clinic to arrange an appointment. I called the clinic and was advised that the referral would take approximately one week to be reviewed through triage, after which I would receive a response. Of course, I never received a response. Don't waste your time! I have been chasing this man up for 6 months for shoulder surgery and in the end I've had to go somewhere else. Both him and his receptionists are useless, rude, unhelpful and disgusting. No one returns your calls, emails and he doesn't even reply to other specialists. I even had to change medication to prep for surgery, and still this surgeon is unable to inform me what type of surgery I'll be having or confirm which hospital I'll be operated in.
