TERRIBLE experience with Dr Andrew McBride. I was referred to Dr Andrew McBride and emailed his clinic to arrange an appointment. I called the clinic and was advised that the referral would take approximately one week to be reviewed through triage, after which I would receive a response. Of course, I never received a response. I followed up by email a couple of times, and after nearly 20 days of waiting, I finally called the clinic (AGAIN). Don't waste your time! I have been chasing this man up for 6 months for shoulder surgery and in the end I've had to go somewhere else. Both him and his receptionists are useless, rude, unhelpful and disgusting. No one returns your calls, emails and he doesn't even reply to other specialists. I even had to change medication to prep for surgery, and still this surgeon is unable to inform me what type of surgery I'll be having or confirm which hospital I'll be operated in. Had a pyrocarbon prosthesis in my right shoulder just over 12 months ago by Dr Andrew McBride.I am 54 ,I had my first shoulder surgery at 17 and another 3 before seeing Dr McBride.This surgery has been life changing for me,I have had other surgeries but the whole experience with this one was easy.I would wait years to see Dr McBride again if I had too for a shoulder issue.He strives to be better, it's just not a job for him, his attention to detail , explaining everything clearly, leaving you with a shoulder program for 12 m... read more
