I agree with all of you guys , with the receptionist ladies being unprofessional, lack empathy, social manners, ; only 1 receptionist stands out with proper conduct and professionalism, I hope they all learn from her. Dr. Fernandopulle is not really a good doctor, sits there talk non sense does not even check the patient, how on earth she became a.doctor?? Will you please hire front desk medical receptionist with empathy and politeness !!! Good manners and right conduct!
I visited Fairfield medical centre on Polding Street in Fairfield Heights today for swollen eyes after eyeliner laser removal. The receptionist was very helpful and managed to move my appointment an hour earlier, which was greatly appreciated. I only waited under 30 minutes before being seen. Dr AL-Attar was professional and straight to the point, addressing my concern clearly and prescribing the right medication. Within just 6 hours of taking it, my swelling improved significantly. I booked an appointment to see Dr. Faris Werdi, as I’ve consulted with him before, and my appointment was confirmed for 5:40pm. When I arrived, the secretary took my Medicare details and once again confirmed the time, advising me to wait until the doctor called my name. After waiting for half an hour, the secretary informed me that Dr. Werdi had refused to see me—without providing any valid reason. I have visited this clinic several times and every time I have to book and wait for long hours. Each visit requires waiting for more than 3 hours. I do not know why they give appointments to patients if they do not have enough doctors. I do not advise anyone to visit this clinic due to the poor service and long wait times.
