Absolute rudest customer service experience I have ever received in my life (and I have worked in customer service so I dont say this lightly). Not to mention I was turned away because there were no appointments left for that day- thought the point of an urgent care was walk ins?
First of all, love how the only 5 star rating comes from someone with the same last name as the doctor...at least make up a name so that people can't figure out that your review is a bunch of b.s. The receptionist at this office is always rude, and Dr. Haq needs to work on his bedside manners. I don't know why they even bother calling themselves a walk in clinic because any time I've been in there, I'm told by the obnoxious receptionist that I'll have to come back at such and such a time because he has appointments at the mo... read more
I have been a patient at this facility for over 10 years now. I have not had any issues with making routine or immediate appointments usually 1-2 days. I enjoy going to Dr. Haq office because he is sincere and very concerned for my well being. Other places are soo booked that it may take weeks just for a routine visit. If i get the flu I can just call and get treated right away vs. going to an Urgent care or emergency room at the hospital. If I'm sick or concerned with an issue, I want the proper immediate treatment and care... read more
Dr Haq and his staff provided me and my family with a 5 star experience. They were respectful and kind, and he was able to provide a diagnosis and treat my in laws with respect. The treatment was effective and we walked out with an overall positive and good experience!! Highly recommend good doctor !!!
