I went to Trinity clinic as a follow up for a foot injury. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant but not very communicative. My mood turned sour when the blonde haired nurse who already had an attitude felt like doing her job was an inconvenience. She wasn't listening and she kept complaining about her day. I met with Dr. Bills who had good news for me, but by that time, my focus was on getting out of there. Then no one came back to wrap my injured foot. If you are looking for compassionate staff, it's not here
DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I had an appointment on Thursday, August 31, as a new patient, to discuss treatment options with Dr. Cauthon. I had a botched surgery by a previous podiatrist that has left one of my toes unable to bend, and I had a split toenail that was causing pain that I hoped could be properly treated. Instead, I found myself verbally assaulted and belittled by Dr. Cauthon for allowing the previous surgery to happen (I try to trust my doctors!), the nurse in the room with us physically escorted him from the e... read more
