Horrible experience! I spoke to the on call doctor yesterday who advised I can call today and schedule an appointment for the doctor to see my daughter. I asked the doctor is there a cut off time. He said no as long as patients call in they will be there to service the patient. I called at 10:18am and Michelle advised they were all done with scheduling and seeing patients for the day. OMG really??!?? That’s not what the doctor said. Hmm.... perhaps Michelle do t like working on Sundays or maybe because it’s Memorial weekend ... read more
I had a bad experience, and I'm very disappointed. A horrible crown has been placed on my daughter's tooth and now I can not do anything. I was not communicated and I could not keep her inside the room. Now I hope to find a more open professional who can inform me of the procedures.
