Medical center orthotics and prosthetics has been not a good experience i came to them from hanger thinking this place I'm not going to say what office but if they read it they will know I've been an right leg blow knee amputee for 3 years this place was the second place that I have gone i got plyed at hanger and this place did the same my first complaint is i ask to try and foot its a 29cm its a good foot but its to small for me I'm 14/15 foot size us. Outstanding service. I’ve been a customer for 14 years. The team advocates and educates patients. Solid expertise from staff. Over the years, they have designed legs for workouts, SCUBA, and surfing.

They were very patient with my needs and goals. MCOP petitioned my insurance company to get me the best orthotics that can be bought. In the end, insurance didn't bend, but MCOP was able to get me fitted for two different orthotics that were helpful to get me back on my feet. Also, top notch continual service and tune up.

I was discriminated against here. I got a custom made socket that was loose and did not fit me. It was hard but eventually was able to get a refund. Prosthetists here will discriminate.

I was discriminated against here. I got a custom made socket that was loose and did not fit me. It was hard but eventually was able to get a refund. Prosthetists here will discriminate. I paid a $1400 deductible for my leg and my review keeps getting taken down.
