We were connected to Sarah at MCOP through a vendor to provide a custom orthotic for my son. The whole experience was really amazing. The team has very clear and open communication. They’re very conscious of insurance and how things are billed that impacts the patient. And the bedside manners and care of the patient is top notch. My son can be nervous and the team is always so sensitive and kind with working with him. We now use them for all my son’s medical orthotics.
Based on the recommendation from the PT, Jake Plain at Inova Fairfax, I received AFO from MCOP. We found Sarah R Chaikind, Grace and Bethany (at the front desk) to be wonderful. They are very friendly, courteous and kind. Highly recommend this place.
I couldn’t be happier with MCOP. Sarah, Jamie, Drew, Luke, Mike Corcoran, and the entire MCOP team has been absolutely fantastic. As a new amputee, there is a lot of adjustment to the new life, learning to wearing a prosthetic, and getting a good fit. Sarah Chaikind was unbelievably patient with me, working daily with me for months to help me get a prosthetic that fit me well. We’ve been visiting Medical Center Orthotics & Prosthetics in Fairfax since 2022, and we absolutely love it. Every time we’re there with our son, it truly feels like our second home. The entire team is amazing — Sarah, Adam, Liz, and all the other wonderful staff members make every visit a warm, caring, and supportive experience. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism, and we highly recommend this exceptional place to anyone in need of orthotic or prosthetic care.
