I called for a new patient appointment, told the receptionist that my medical coverage didn’t start until 8/1. The receptionist told me I could come in on 7/31 and my insurance would cover the visit. When I arrived for my appointment I was told my insurance would not cover the visit, and that I couldn’t get in until 8/11. So I have to be in pain for 12 more days due to their lack of professionalism. I decided to find a different provider

I have taken my children and myself to Medical center of Vincennes for 32 years! We have been seen by many of the doctors and nurses there. Everyone has been professional and we always feel well-cared for. Wait times have always been short and time has always been respected. I appreciate the care we have received from everyone here!

There is definitely a reason why the physicians in this office are accepting new patients. After a month of their services I understand why that is. There is no way to maintain a healthy relationship with anything without communication. After being told by a professional that you can expect a call back the first time and you don't receive one well plans don't always work out that most people agree with so not a huge deal.
