Doctor Stine is the best doctor I have ever had. I won't trust anyone else. Even when he is booked, and we have to see one of the other docs or nps, he always checks in on us.
I found MCv to be a disappointment. I went today and after discussing a problem I've been having for quite some time Dr. Bodensteiner dismissed it without even looking into it at all. She also didn't look into the possibility of a family member of mine having a UTI , although the family member described back pain and burning to Dr. Bodensteiner. The doctors here dont seem to really know what they are doing. My son has been seen by them for ear infections to many times to count and they were giving him drops which I assumed would take care of the problem (I mean thats why you go to a doc right?) but seeing as he just visited the er because the ear pain was so bad. and the er doctor looked at the drops and told me they were simply for ear pain and not to help the infection go away. None of the phonebooks in my house had this but you guys did! That's awesome!
My wife and I have been patients of this facility for many years. The doctors that are employed here delivered my son. My wife called to set up an appointment for my son. They refused to set an appointment because we have a outstanding bill of $250 in which we have been making regular payments. We offered to pay the entire bill when we arrived for the appointment and for that visit and they still refused to see him. I could understand if it was for $5,000 but not $250.
