I’m curious who had the bright idea to hold a car show at the hospital and take up the entire front parking lot? You have people that came to see family members and are forced to struggle to find a parking spot!! And there are the people responsible for catering for your loved ones?!
They are not up front with their billing. They gave me a 15% discount and told me my copays were $15 so I paid for all my scheduled visits up front. (Which now I won't even be going to my last 2 visits) I received a bill for $387 and was told they were billing it as Outpatient Hospital. I have to now appeal it with the insurance.
