We went to the urgent care on Sheldon Road (Trinity Hospital affiliate). Two small lacerations to my sons hand, one x-ray a little bit of surgical wash and a Band-Aid cost $2400! That is criminal! But hey, at least they gave us a bottle of water while we waited.

I’m so thankful with Kim RN in 5th floor. She is more than amazing. We need more nurses like her she go above and beyond. Please consider a recognition to her. This is the only place I know that calls patients to come in earlier so they can seat around for 2 hours not knowing what is going on. Then when I question them about the situation all I get is a gift card for a free lunch... Laughable to say the least.

First off I have to admit that I was not a fan of this hospital. Some past experiences there that were not good!!! I was admitted on August 27 for a lumbar surgery with Dr. Hayes. He is the BOMB. His work is TOP OF THE LINE, along with a GREAT bedside manner. Love him!!!!. I was then placed on the ICU surgical floor with a team of incredible nurses led by Joy Kuerner . Well the service is good but you better have $5k to $8k laying around in your bank account because they will charge you very high. I went there for chest pain and they did blood work and x-rays.. send me home saying it was an anxiety attack. The anxiety attack was when I got the bill. Tried to do a payment arrangement that I couldn’t continue. They send it to a collection agency and destroyed my credit. So thank you for that Medical Center of Trinity.
