MALPRACTICE!!! I can say all of this based upon my follow-up experience with a real doctor (Podiatrist) who corrected everything that was said at the Urgent Care. Avoid this place at all costs! They hire low-skilled PAs who have little to no knowledge of basic treatment and the one doctor overseeing the clinic sides with the PA when dangerous misinformation and mistreatment have occurred. We will be loyal to this place. 2nd time there. You can call ahead and put your name on the waiting room list. They have 2 pen holders, one for clean, one for used at the front desk. IN the patient rooms they have kids table, books and coloring, chalk board wall. There was a plug in for my phone to charge, (most rooms don't have plug ins for you). It's the littlest things that make the best difference, especially when a mommas not got much sleep from sick little ones. Everyone very nice and professional.

I do not recommend this Urgent Care Clinic to anyone. Mid-July I went in for severe back pain, vommitting, and pain relieving myself. I was treated horribly by an MA there. I suggest a "bedside manner training" for their staff. A younger, seemingly less experienced MA there did treat me with kindness and tried to get me a pillow from another room to help me be more comfortable on the table.
