Would not answer my phone calls. Difficult to reach
Very dissatisfied. Rushed, receptionist, medical assistant and P.A. Unpleasant. Took half an hour for PA Melody to even walk in to tell me there was nothing she could do”test” me for. When I said I might need an X ray she said they were only done in Novato. She then said she could do an exam first before sending me to Novato. But when she told me she.needed to see another patient first, I left. It was a waste of time leaving me feeling even worse. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere.
I was able to make an appointment and be seen on time. The PA was thorough and pleasant. I felt well taken care of.
