Despite all the bad reviews, I had a wonderful experience. I got a same day appointment for my young daughter. I got seen ahead of schedule. The intake nurse was extremely patient with my crying daughter. Dr Miller was very attentive and also very patient with my sick daughter. It was very appreciated
Sad to see so many bad reviews, because I had a great experience. I don’t have a family doctor so it was a walk-in appointment. I was treated very quickly and the reception was super nice, the intake nurse was fast and I was seen even before my appointment time! Dr Miller was great. However I didn’t have test follow ups or anything more so perhaps I didn’t get the full picture. Either way I was in and out in under an hour, unheard of!
Probably one of the worse experiences in a clinic for some time. The first appointment I had scheduled, I arrived 10 minutes early to learn that the Doctor is not in yet and will be at least 2 hours behind. My rescheduled appointment was worse. Appointment was scheduled for 3:10pm and after more than 2 hours, finally got seen. Having said that, once I saw the actual Doctor, he was professional and took the time to provide me with options. Was really quick and efficient. Doctor didn’t have time to go over everything in detail, but she was super kind.
Envoye par bonjour sante pour une toux sévère le docteur me dit que cest rien sa va passer dans 2jour , par precaution je me rend aux urgences il me detecte une angine sévère sous antibiotiques pour 1semaine . Medecin incompetent 😡 Je deconseille sauf si bous avez du temps a perdre !!
