Call center is terrible (not even the right word), you spend 2 hours each call at at the end they hang up on you. Even when you ask to call you back, they call you and hang up on you again. Neverending story i am so upset... Even thought the doctor and the staff are all amazing, the call center ruins all
I am so happy with my family doctor and the nurses. But very upset with the call center. Calling them half of the day, each time 2 h on line and then they hang up....no response, no call back every time I call
Impossible à rejoindre par téléphone
1h30 d'attente au téléphone, on me retransfère et j'attends 40 minutes supp. alors que je suis supposément la 2e. La musique d'attente cesse, je suis comme oublié là ?? J'ai un rdz-vous dans 2h et je souhaitais le mettre par téléphone car j'habite à 2h30 de distance. Impossible de parler avec la réception, je dois rappeler à nouveau !!
I’ve been trying to call for the past 2 days. I’ve called 5 times on each day. I am trying to change my appointment date. Everytime I’m the next one in queue, they hang up. ITS absolutely unnacceptsble. I haven’t Even seen my family doctor yet and this experience makes me weary of this clinic and how they operate. No email as well to reach them
