Médecin manquant, secrétaire ne répond pas au téléphone, manque d'empathie et attends des heures malgré les rendez vous.
Je prends un rendez-vous pour des prélèvements et la mention "sans frais" est clairement indiquée ! Rendu sur place, on me réclame 20 dollars pour "frais de transport" car la clinique n'a pas son propre laboratoire! Un vrai arnaque....
I’ve never left a review for a doctor but I have to admit that Jasmine is one of the best doctors I’ve met in my life, she gives you time and tries to understand what exactly you have and comforts you by explaining each step of what needs to be done. I can tell she’s very knowledgeable unlike many others who you’d feel got their diplomat as a gift. Bref, she treated me like family from the first visit and that’s how all doctors should be. Thank you Jasmine!
