I have been coming to The Medical Center for close to 20 years and I’ve never had a problem. I’ve received nothing but top of the line care. I don’t understand the negative comments about bookkeeping, because they have been extremely helpful to me, and have always worked with me on payments, ect, when my insurance did not cover procedures. I am very satisfied with both the care I’ve received and with the helpfulness of bookkeeping at this facility, and wouldn’t go any place else.
Only really used Dr Tate, but as far as his interaction and the office staff, thumbs up, I did see Dr Deese for an urgent care visit, I was really impressed with her too
I am been trying since Monday to get my hubby meds fill and still have not talk to know that is messed up
Love the doctors ..... Lab techs very professional; front desk clerks need some improvement.
