RecommendedI think if a certain one up front can’t be more nice to the elderly patients that they need to find another job. No need in being a smart butt to them. Elderly people struggle enough! This is the nicest way I know how to put it!
we in with high blood pressure and they refused to see me. they yelled at me, insisting I go back out to my car. I was asked at the front door if I had cough, congestion, or a sore throat. I said no, and my temperature was taken. it was normal. and, they still turned me away. that's fine. me and my insurance will go right down the road to a place that will see me.
My doctor there has a brain and a heart....and uses both. :-)

Poor service by insurance provider; Probably go elsewhere if you have private insurance.
URGENT Care. The first word URGENT is overlooked as my wait times on 2 occassions have been anything BUT urgent. If you can't run a URGENT CARE that actually doesn't make patients wait HOURS to see the doctor, don't bother!

The service that I receive
Today I was in and out of the urgent care with labs, xray and prescriptions in 20 minutes. I can not express how much I appreciate dr waters and the service. Thank you for helping me get what I need so I could get home and back to bed. Stay well .....
