Went to get a 3 hour glucose test for my epilepsy and they said on the phone to just walk in. When I got there they said no they schedule these and u have to be there at 8 am. I told them I live in Midland and have kids to take to school so I can’t do that, told me they don’t like doing it at 9am because then they can’t go to lunch on time. Will never be back here. The staff are rude.

We went there the other day with my 1 year old and I’m really disappointed. The blood draw was terrible, which I understand, he’s a baby. But he went through all of that just for them to mess up his results. They ran the wrong tests so my dr called and had them re run them. When they did that, the numbers form the previous results were completely different. So my dr brought that to their attention and the lady said “we must have run the wrong blood the first time but I’m confident we did the right blood the second time.” You... read more
