Least caring staff and rudest most dangerous staff I've ever met. They don't watch the saline bag they force you to restart it alone until it blows your vein because they don't want to watch you. Iypu get yelled at no matter what as a patient or visitor following strange rules. I have never felt more lost, unsupported, and unsafe in a medical environment than here and been forced to be alone through everything. I've never hated anywhere so much. Had surgery and everything went well… surgeons were kind, told us to call with any issues. A little over a week later we called because I was having complications. Staff was completely disrespectful (downright laughing when I explained my symptoms, using disrespectful and unprofessional language, and then finally told us that it had been “20 days since the surgery and therefore we are in the wrong for trying to contact anyone (it had been 12)” Pretty much said “not our problem” but somehow made it sound even more unprofessio... read more
What is the point of having a Patient’s Bill of Rights if you don’t follow them. My loved one asked for a support person because she couldn’t understand what the doctor was talking about. He condition affected her comprehension skills. Denied because it “interferes with work flow” and “People will see and then they will want somebody too.” Disgusting!
The staff stole my Italian leather jacket after collecting items after imaging instead of letting the patient gather their own belongings and conveniently was unable to find it. Horrible integrity of the staff.
