They never explain anything correctly no one know where anything is and rooms are terrible will do unnecessary things to you for no reason place sucks no one speaks proper english and the rules are absolutely ridiculousl.
I love Boston Medical Center, Excellent Hospital. I used to go there, thry have great doctors and nurses. Sometimes, you will find a miserable nurse . Who hates the job. I do recommend going to the hospital. The doctors have more knowledge on serval serious diseases. Especially if you are a foreigner. Boston Medical Center is an excellent hospital .
HORRIBLEEEEE I don’t even care to have my name on the net with this review because BMC is horrible when it comes to your mental health or your physical health I’ve been trying for months to be seen by psych and therapy and was told they have a lot of employees untill it came to be seen I was told they are understaffed I had to wait for therapy for weeks and still no psych cause they schedualed 2 months after I ended up canceling it cause I found something els but even just to get 2 appointments months apart took me months of... read more
My loved one had the worst experience at Boston Medical Center. ER was a nightmare, there were delays of care, some staff members were rude and dismissive. Back in February, my brother went to the ER with vomiting and weakness, he was not able to eat and no IV fluid was given when I called to voice my concern his nurse told me they don’t treat family members.
