My grandma is currently hospitalized at BMC after a fall. She has received truly exceptional care. The CCU team is incredible, specifically but not limited to Julia, Kelly, Hannah (SICU float RN), Turp, Tim x2 (ICU float RN), Dr. Wu (Cardiology), and Dr. Rome (palliative care). Everyone we’ve encountered has been professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. as a healthcare provider myself, I’ve been so impressed with this team. Thank you BMC for going above and beyond.
The doctors are the best for treatments and care. At the parking area are so many strangers people who are not properly identity if are they trusted or not
I signed up for a 12 month payment plan for a surgery bill. Despite that, I get bills that say my account will be sent to collections. When I call, they say "that's just our automated system, your account is current" and they say they cannot provide written proof that my account is not being sent to collections, despite already sending me written proof that my account IS getting sent to collections. This is distressing, considering I'm using the payment plan offered and run by BMCHS.
