While the staff is helpful, the billing department is terrible. I was over charged 15x the cost of my services. Getting someone to talk to me was a nightmare. It took months to get it sorted out.
Daughter had ruptured appendix and Dr Sawyers was just great. The nurses on the 4th floor were amazing and made her mother and I very comfortable and took great care of my baby girl. God bless and thanks.
Just got home after 8 hours in the ER at Enterprise. It was the best experience we have ever had there. We were not there for 8 hours because they were slow but because they took their time to make sure my daughter was given the best care possible. Dr. Roller, Lillian and Amber were the absolute best. Thank you for all you do!
Visited the Emergency Department for my son to be evaluated for recent injury. I was super happy with all of the Nurses, Emergency Department Techs, Registration Clerks, Radiology Tech and Nurse Practitioner! They were quick to assess and treat his needs. All were friendly and professional to my son and family. Couldn't be more pleased. Top notch!!!
My 2 year old bit a hole in his lip and it was really bloody and scary. Enterprise medical employees were diligent, thorough, and kind. We had a very good experience, and I was pleasantly surprised!
very good very little wait. the tech was very nice .the room was cold and got a blanket and listed to music.
