Dr Claussen was the attending physician when I visited the ER. The had a temperature of 101.3 and my . Blood pressure was high from the headache and fever. I was given (2) 500 mg Tylenol tablets to reduce the fever and tested for Covid and the flu, both of which were negative. In triage, it was noted that I was high risk for sepsis due to my stats. If you can make it to Flowers emergency room, I recommend you go there. My wife was here for chest pains and put in a room and checked on 2 times in 8hrs. Went to the nursing station to get a status and we get "oh the results are back, let me find the doctor to get you release". Still took another 1.5hrs before being discharged. The staff is rude and no sense of urgency.
Won’t tread lightly on this review. My spouse was here for the past 3 days with severe appendicitis which ended in emergency surgery. Housekeeping didn’t even bother to come and clean the room not even ONCE. I pulled trash and brought my own sanitary wipes doing it all myself. I was a housekeeper here myself for 6 years. Do not recommend. Dirty and literally takes forever no matter what you’re there for. I mostly can’t believe how gross the rooms and halls are and how rude the people working here are. Just don’t come here if you can help it!
Me and my son went and wasn’t even seen past triage. They wrote prescriptions for what they THOUGHT was wrong by looking at my throat NO TESTS DONE PERIOD. WE SEEN A TRIAGE RN

My husband was a patient at this facility and we have had no luck getting his bill resolved. It has been sent to collections that we found out about after getting an alert from the credit bureaus. We were assured it was refiled correctly, to now find out its recorded as a self pay. My husband has insurance and shouldn't have to worry about a bill that your company fails to notify anyone about. There are laws against this, and we have sent letters to have gone unresponsive. Nobody should have to worry about a bill they do not... read more

I recommend Medical Center Enterprise to anyone. I had a CT scan in the imaging department and they were all so nice and kind especially Tonya. She told me what she was doing and what I would be feeling every step of the way. She was so caring and made sure I knew everything they were doing. Tonya made the whole experience worth while. Great employee!!!!!
I asked an employee, Mike Mott, a question and he has got to be one of the rudest people that works for you. I believe my family and I will bw taking our business elsewhere.
