The entire process was so streamlined! The staff is great and I love Dr. Michael Kaplan! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional! Just had a Balloon Sinuplasty yesterday so I can. Comment yet on my results But I feel fine and I’m hoping to breathe better in about one week! Feeling very optimistic!
Dr. Kaplan and the entire staff are friendly, transparent and knowledgeable. Waiting times are minimal and the office is wam and inviting. Dr. Kaplan is highly skilled in sinus surgery and explains every step of the process.
