Great staff, fast, friendly, and listens to your concerns. Dr. Gelfand and his nurse, Amanda are really great!
Dr. Cooper is a joke. They didn’t help at all while I was there. And then they lied and said that I had work done while I was there. They filed a claim and thats how they scam the insurance company and ruin peoples credits. I will make sure they will be taken to court and their licenses revoked. What a joke
Avoid at all costs!! This "doctor" is a joke! I went in for ear ringing and explained from the very beginning that I was very nervous and anxious about the situation. Not only did the Dr. take a phone call in the middle of our appt, he rushed through it. He glanced in my ears with a light then said "Your ears stopped filtering out the sound. Nice the first visit. Second visit when I state my concerns of where she sent me for a hearing test and hard sell for hearing aids. Patel immediately asking why didnt you buy your hearing aids. I asked what the relationship was between Dr Ramya Patel and the place she sent me was, she got mad and would not hlep any further. Even had to step out and have a worker come in the room with her. I’ve been feeling pressure and pain on both of my ears and I came in here because they have the earliest appointment available. I came in, receptionist took my co-pay and after 2 minutes the doctor came to see me. It took him less than a minute to tell me he cant see anything wrong with me and everything looks normal. He told me to get a hearing test. Thats it. Didnt even ask if i have any questions. Doctor seemed like he was in a hurry and i really didnt feel like like a patient. I felt like I was bothering them.
