They are always understanding and listen to me. They also always make sure I understand what is going on with my health, and understand the next steps. They are friendly, the place is clean. I definitely recommend! I usually see Dr. Nicole Shields, MD, or Sam, the PA. Both have been amazing!
I was told that because of the medicine that I'm on I couldn't be a new patient!!! What the hell !! I guess don't have any medical issues and you'll be fine for these people!! Bullshit if you ask me a credit doctor put me on this medication.
I would love to give Dr. Neal 5 stars, and the office staff 5 stars for their professionalism. however, trying to get a prior authorization on a diabetes monitor has been very challenging. It has taken over 2 weeks to get this authorized, to no fault of my insurance. It took numerous phone calls, and going into the office to get a prior authorization sent. Dr. Neal is Awesome. Super nice, knowledgeable, down to earth & takes the time to really listen to you. It's nice to not feel rushed. Especially for me being I have a plethora of complicated health conditions that require close monitoring & many specialists. Since moving back home to TN, I'm happy to have such a good primary care physician & feel I am well taken care of. The Nurses & office staff are all super nice & I got helped very quickly.
