Dr. Rubin was the most caring doctor I've ever known. He treated my dear mother for many years until she passed in 1996 at 90 years of age. Rest in Peace Dr. Rubin.
Dr. Rubin died in November of 2019.
My experience with dr. Rubins office was the best!! The nurses are very sweet and caring dr. Is at age but also has great experience as a dr. Best dr in burbank!!
