Went for a visit Dec 2022 and received a bill for a deductible in July of 2024. I inquired lady at the counter had an attitude and couldn’t be bothered to help me saying everything got backed up because they didn’t have someone to do billing and they’re now getting caught up. Not fair to bill someone this long after the visit.
