My 93 year old dad had dementia. He was admitted for combative behavior at his assisted living facility. He could walk with a walker, talk, make his needs known, feed himself and dress himself with assistance. He was there 20 days and left in a near vegetative state. I had him sent to the emergency room where the Dr. diagnosed him with hypernatremia (sodium level was critical) and poor fluid intake. His head was hyperextension and he could not swallow. Best option is not clicking on ANY stars but it won't let you post if you don't give this place at least 1 star. THEY DESERVE much less than, and what I have to say is tip of the iceberg. This facility never bothered to contact the LEGAL GUARDIAN of the individual this review is regarding, about his diagnosis, or what meds he was on prior to coming to their facility. Agree with other reviews ! No one knew anything every time we asked ! No one knew what the plan was or what was going on. We also took 3 changes of clothes plus what my father was wearing and shoes and all we got back was the outfit that he wore there and back ! Stay far far away from this place . Made several calls to try to get back his belongings but every time no one knew where they were !! This place is HORRIBLE !! The care wasn’t much better !!!!

I could not leave a negative star or I would have! DO NOT TAKE A LOVED ONE THERE!! We didn’t have a choice where the hospital took my mother and I sure wish we could have known. We brought in brand new pj’s, underwear, socks etc. She was there 2 days did not let her have ANY of her items, they left her in the hospital gown the entire stay…they “lost” her pj’s and also kept her Apple Watch!
