My mother in law is being held hostage there now.. She signed the paperwork to get released and they will not release her. She has heart problems and supposed to go in for surgery to get a stent put in. She said she was going to check out because of her heart and they threatened to get a court order to keep her. They said they wanted to keep a eye on her because of her medicine but they never put her on new medication. She has been hit twice by violent patients. Do not ever send your Loved ones there. It doesn't let you give zero stars. My special needs daughter had a mental breakdown. She was sent here. Worse mistake of our lives. She lost weight, they didn't give her all her medicine. They sent her home way to soon. If you have a choice do not sent a loved one here. They don't help . They do not send them home with any type of care plan. Luckily she already has a excellent care team ready to help her.

I was there for 7 days. Many of the staff are very rude to patients even yelling at times. The social worker was very hard to discuss anything with, she assumed many things before listening. Rolled her eyes at me even. Many ppl had complaints about her. Violent patients roamed freely on units with nonviolent patients. There should be a more secure unit for such people. There are no therapists of any kind for individual help. Groups were generic and offered no real help, they should be held in a seperate room and be mandatory... read more
