I voluntarily submitted and got transferred here. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. They lost my medication and the staff are extremely disrespectful. A patient there told me he was getting his blood work done and the nurse stuck in his vein and through his skin. Very unprofessional!!!

My father tried to commit suicide a few weeks ago after having open heart surgery. He was sent home two nights ago and is in the same exact state of mind, if not worse, that he was before he went in. It’s four am and he is balling his eyes out in bed, where he’s been the majority of the past two days. Depressed. They sent his medication list home and he appears to have been taken off both his anxiety meds and put on Zoloft. Which is fine but he’s been on them his entire life. I would give this care team and facility 10 stars if I could. Our family member received incredible, compassionate care. They truly care about your family members health and well-being. The facility was immaculate and very clean every time we visited. The nurses were very kind. This care team made an incredibly difficult time bearable and I am forever grateful. Thank you!

There is a lot of dangerous stuff in this place, if someone is suicidal I definitely wouldn't send them here. They have a lot of updating to do to get it to where it needs to be. Granted they did get me back on my feet, but gave me stimulants in such a stimulating place. I was placed in the special needs area and the staff was really rough with patients that just needed to be listened to. I met some great nurses there and some of the staff genuinely did care about their patients, but some did not. I have a brain stent that w... read more
