Staff and doctor were very friendly and professional.
In retrospect I’d liked to have been referred to a Mercy/Genesis doctor rather than wait for an appointment with FHN.
Took my daughter the other night about a half hour before closing. Wait time wasn’t bad but I figured we would keep them late because she was needing to be tested for Strep. The nurses were wonderful and before they swabbed her we saw Jessie. I am not sure her title, PA or Md. Really didn’t matter to me because she was amazing! Checked my daughter over and said we aren’t doing a swab…this machine can throw false negatives to often and i have see enough to know this child has Strep. She provided me with all of the info I need... read more
